FTK Imager

FTK Imager is a program for previewing and imaging data. It allows the user to construct data images of local hard drives, CDs, USB drives and other data carriers, irrespective of the operating system. Moreover, FTK Imager allows digital investigations to rapidly assess electronic evidence.

FTK Imager creates forensic images without altering the original evidence. FTK Imager also generates hash-reports to support the integrity of your evidence.

In addition, FTK Imager allows the user to mount an image for a read-only visualisation using Windows Internet Explorer. This makes it possible to present the image exactly as it was viewed by a user/suspect.
